10 Steps to Jumpstart Your Weight Loss Journey


1. Set Clear Goals

Define specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals for your weight loss journey. For example, aim to lose a certain number of pounds in a specific time frame.


2. Assess Your Current Situation
